Overview

R4V3 is a mobile application operated by Leonardo Medina in California, United States. R4V3 helps people discover events, find their crew, and connect with others attending the same events before they arrive.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers
• Profile data: name, age, location, bio, crew matching preferences, and other profile information you choose to add
• User content: photos you upload, messages and chat content, and safety or moderation reports
• Event activity: RSVPs, attendance preferences, and crew matching activity
• Location data: precise or approximate location information collected from your device when you grant location access
• Device and service data: device information, diagnostics, analytics, and app performance data

How we use data

• operate R4V3 accounts and core app features
• support event discovery, crew matching, RSVPs, and chat features
• moderate abuse, review safety reports, and enforce platform rules
• improve app performance, reliability, and product safety
• respond to support requests and account deletion requests

Third-party services

R4V3 uses third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Expo for mobile infrastructure; Ticketmaster API for event listings; and Apple Sign In and Google Sign In when those login methods are made available.

Data sharing

R4V3 does not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers required to run the app and deliver its features.

Location and photos

R4V3 collects location information when you grant permission. Location data is used to improve event discovery, nearby relevance, and crew matching features. Photos are used to build profiles and support community interactions inside the app.

Age requirement

R4V3 is intended only for users age 18 and older.

Messages and user content

Messages, chat content, profile content, and reports may be stored and reviewed as needed to provide the service, investigate abuse, and enforce safety rules.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes user profile information, photos, and associated data from R4V3 systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
